Well you've come to the right place...

I started my little deviant love affair with things wet and wild when I was still quite little.
Our idea of fun was to get as wet as possible as often as possible and not come out even when our lips were turning blue.
A propitious start and perhaps this induced some early brain abnormalities...come to think of it...that would explain a lot....*grin*

I said I would tell the story of how I got my ass pounded on an apparently innocuous little river in Scotland...so here it is

For the best in Rafting in Wales go to Canolfan Tryweryn near Bala. A lovely dam release river running from II-III at low flows up to IV at the highest release. Good stuff!!
