Heat Milk in double boiler. Separate eggs. Place egg whites in bowl you are going to be using. A large bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff (when soft peaks form when you lift beaters out). In another bowl (medium size) combine egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch. Alternating a little sugar then a little cornstarch it will mix a little easier for you. Then add a small amount at a time, like a tablespoon, to the hot milk stirring after each tbsp til disolved. Then keep stirring til real thick. You can add vanilla last. Remove pudding from stove and pour over your egg whites. If egg whites don't flip by themselves, you can just use your spoon a little to fold. Allow to cool a little before putting in refrig. Let it get real cold. Then eat and enjoy.
