Epilogue

I placed the flowers gently down on the grave as Brian stood beside me. I whispered a short pray, kissed my fingers them placed those fingers on the hard stone that belong to Hannah Littrell.

There was nothing I could do to bring her back, though I wished and prayed that there was. Hannah saved my life, she taught me even when she was gone, that we can all strive to overcome our demons.

I owe so much to her, so in my thanks I have written epitaph, and take it around America, taking it to those who suffer the same as we once did.

Brian held the small child in his arms, it's fists screwed up and eyes firmly closed. He rocked her gently as I stood back from the grave. Brian and I had married a year ago and given birth to a baby girl only 1 month ago, we both agreed her name would be Hannah Faith Littrell, and she would carry on the memory of a beautiful girl that Ana had so cruelly taken from this earth.

Ana's Song

THE END

Thanks: Firstly I want to dedicate this story to all those who see themselves through Ana's Mirror. A special dedication to a friend of mine who felt this way May strength be with you. Also I would really like to thank myself, I suppose, for having the guts to write the feelings which I've held so personally for so long, we can try and fool the world around us that things are fine, but we can never fool ourselves. Also to Megan (08/01), who whether she knew or not, gave me the power and strength to do this story. To all the readers, thank you for your letters, and to those of you who commented that such a thing is relatable, I thank you even the more, I believe in not looking through the world through rose colored lenses, so we should not hide the truth, and if I have only even shown one person that, then I have succeeded in what I planned to do. Thank you, and Take care.

Note: if you suffer from any of the topics discussed, or know someone who is, please seek professional help, your life IS worth living, despite what we may think at times.
