Big fish and lots of them! The Average size fish, caught on Strong Thurmond Lake (Clarks Hill Lake) near Augusta Ga., is between 3 and 8 pounds. Stripers have been caught over 50 pounds, but an eight pounder will nearly pull you out of the boat. These striper & hybrid bass are schooling fish and parties can limit out with 10 fish per person on a good full day trip. |
