"The recognised choice
of the private client"

Established in 1855, Saffery Champness has become one of the UK's top twenty accountancy practices and is pre-eminent in the provision of advice to private clients, business owners and their businesses, landed estates and their owners.

"Authorised to carry on investment business by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England And Wales"

Recently appointed senior manager, Tim Adams, will be helping Clive Nicholson and other partners to handle key clients. Adams will be assisting with all aspects of clients' financial and tax affairs, estates, businesses and trusts.

Previously senior manager at Dixon Wilson, Adams spent three of his seven years with the firm as manager in the firm's Paris office, undertaking offshore trust administration and tax planning for high net worth individuals and families purchasing property in the UK and France.

His career included four years at Price Waterhouse. As assistant manager he dealt with audit and business services for large quoted blue chip international companies.

Adams' service portfolio is extensive, ranging from personal tax planning, advice on the creation of trusts and setting up new businesses to audit, management buyouts, acquisitions and corporate tax advice. His clients have included owner-managed businesses, private clients, landed estates and trustees.

Adams said: "It was Saffery Champness' standing as the premier choice for private clients, and its excellent client base spread across ten regional offices, which appealed to me. Having been involved in advising private individuals and their families and businesses since 1992, I look forward to continuing with this work with Saffery Champness. "
