Men and Women, all welcome!

This program has been set up to teach hockey skills to adults who have never had formal training.  You may want to learn for various reasons... to better your pick-up hockey, advance from one division to another in recreational hockey or just better your skills.  Whatever it may be, this will be done in a way that will be enjoyable. Be assured that this is not a cardiovascular program.  Naturally you will be exerting some energy throughout the evening, but cardio is not the focus. The coaches have many years of experience coaching different levels of hockey.  There will be twenty students per class in which the coaches will assess the level of training required.
