| Mr Humpy: As a small child Mr. Humpy was attacked by a radioactive male stripper. After surviving that, he developed a number of super powers! Mr. Humpy developed the power to beat the toughest best guy with a single hump of doom! He also acquired great abs and a sexy smile! From then on, Mr. Humpy used his powers to fight evil in the name of justice and Jesus night lights! |

| The Boss: The Boss is Mr. Humpy's mentor and instructor. He always happens to know what's going on. No one really knows where he came from, where he lives, or anything about him. Honestly, no one gives a sh*t. |

| Pimp Boy: Introduced in episode one (tampon trauma), Pimp boy is Mr. Humpy's faithful sidekick and helps him kick some ass. Pimp boy had been working as a janitor at the same Japanese tampon factory which Mr. Humpy saved from a giant killer mime. They met and had a special connection. From then on, Pimp boy and Mr. Humpy have been working together to fight crime. |

| Dr Naked Troll: Mr. Humpy's worst nemesis! Doctor Naked Troll (or Dougie as his friends refer to him) was born in a small Virginia town and lived with his aunt Marge. He got his doctorate at the Troll University of Virginia, and then moved on the plotting evil sh*t. Doctor Naked Troll is a Taurus, and enjoys long moonlit walks on the beach. |

| The Killer Mime: The Killer Mime (Eugene) works part time as real estate agent, and spends his free time attacking random factories for evil doers. He has been happily married for 7 years and has children named Rosie, Parker, Quincy, and Shanainai. |
| The Jesus Nightlight: He has been a source of inspiration for Mr. Humpy, and gives guidance at the end of every adventure. He is respected because he lights up and...um...is Jesus. He kicks ass. He's Canadian. |
