1. APPROVING MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING HELD ON MARCH 27, 2003
2. MATTERS ARISING FROM SCHOOL COFFEES AND EVENTS:
  • Issues out of parent coffees if any
  • Junk food at kiosk/road kill café(ms)
  • Sharon Lowen performance in the fall welcoming new/incoming parents to the school new year

3. BUSINESS MATTERS:
  • Filling up vacant position in various committees:
  • Candidates for elementary and middle school chair/co-chairs
  • Various committees… curriculum, rep to the board,
  • Event head for various events next year
  • Remaining school events/ next year events, dates
  • Finances-distribution of funds and many more

4. REPORT FROM THE BOARD:

  • The Report from the Board was given by Renu Dhawan.

5. TREASURER'S REPORT:

  • The Treasurer’s Report was given by Lorraine Moos, PSA Treasurer.

6. REPORT FROM CURRICULUM COUNCIL:

  • The report from the Curriculum Council was given by Mallika Pillai, the PSA Curriculum Council Representative.
