We are an intermediate-advanced roleplaying community based on the ProBoards server. Our site was inspired by the Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter novels by Laurell K. Hamilton, and has since evolved into a primarily lycanthrope-populated roleplay. The game takes place in San Diego, California. Players have an opportunity to participate as a part of the werewolf pack, wereleopard pard, werelion pride, wererat clan, vampire kiss, human police force, or human population. We have been active for quite some time now, and have a friendly and active admin. We have users in many age groups all around the world.
~Species: Characters can be a variety of species, but should have some basis in the Anita Blake books. Primarily, we are composed of werewolves, wereleopards, werelions, wererats, vampires, and humans, however, we also have opportunities for characters of other races, including other weres, fey, and merfolk.
~Ranks: There are numerous positions available for members of all species. Currently, we have a pack, a pard, a pride, a rodere clan, a vampire kiss, and RPIT squad for members to gain rank in. We are also open to the creation of new societies, and ranks turnover as members fall to inactivity.
~Post Length: Over the years, we have evolved into a community of more advanced roleplayers. Generally, we expect at least a good sized paragraph for most posts, but everyone has their lazy days. We do expect a decent effort to be put into the roleplaying sample of the application, however.
~Adult Content: Many on the site are very comfortable with adult content - considering the content of the books, this is appropriate. However, we do have a warning system in place for those who object to such content. Assume the site is rated PG-13 for the unwarned content.
~Homosexuality: Please note that this is an Open-Minded roleplay.If homosexuality offends you DO NOT APPLY! We have a very strong (and easily offended) homosexual population, and we won't go around changing our lives to suit your values.
~Posting Rules: Nothing too exceptional here. We have similar rules to most roleplays out there: no godmoding, no being in two threads that take place at the same time, that sort of thing...
