Raeth is a human grown on the streets of Palanthas. He wasnt always a rogue, comming from a middle class family, he rebelled at a young age and ran away. He was adopted by a small, upstart thieves guild, the Body of Hiddukel. There he rose in ranks, from his natural dexterity and quick wit, and ambition, all the way to the Hand, one of the seccond in command to the Arm (the only member of the guild who is actually a priest of Hiddukel). That was before the Knights discovered their guild stronghold and flushed them out, now he is but one of a dozen remaining members, and laying low in remote areas of the world untill he is no longer saught by the Knights.
A quiet lad focused on his studies, something about him makes Raeth intimidating, unpredictable in the eyes of others. Perhaps it is simply because he has little interest in making friends with the others. He does get along well with Ryael, mostly because of his serious disposition. Raeth is Master of the Fourth House, something he does not take for granted. With his shady past and the slaughter of his last comrades still bringing nightmares almost every night, Raeth is more than prepared to stay put and get his life in order. |
