Asira hides a dark secret. A dark secret she keeps locked away from the world, and herself.
Although, secrets don't stay secrets long..soon they find ways to creep out of their hiding places
and make themselves known to others, and once they do..everything you know  and love is lost..forever.

Asira's father paid a price, a hefty price for one night of pleasure..His price was his beloved daughter
Asira. He was a wealthy man, and when he wanted something, or someone, he got it at any price.  He had wanted the gypsy woman that night, and he swore to her she  could name her price--anything that was his.  He expected she would be greedy, but he could afford it.  He got what he paid for.  The gypsy got what she had earned.
Asira got nothing.  Betrayed by her own father, she felt abandoned.  He wanted her back, she knew that.  And they both knew one didn't dare break their promises to the gypsies...  Besides, soon she was out of reach, homesick and with her spirit in tatters, Asira had given up.  She would live as a slave, and if luck was with her, death would not be far off.
Then that knight in shining armor came.  Only he wasn't anything like in the bedtime stories the maids had told her when she was little.  Tauryn...  Tauryn knew what it was to be someone's pawn.  And he swept her out of that world, away from that wretched woman who had for nearly three years, owned her.  The superstitious gypsies feared him.  Demon, they shouted.  Asira didn't think so.  He was an angel. Her angel.
. And what he called his home, was her heaven.
