The rent is all inclusive except for the final cleaning to be done by the tenant. A maid service can be booked for the final cleaning (40 €) and/or for all the lenght of the stay (inquiry for the daily rate).30%of the total rent is due for the booking. The balance of the rent + 1 week security deposit (for stays up to 1 month) are due on the check-in day. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay provided that any damage and/or loss has been caused to the flat and/or to the goods contained in the flat. Payments are accepted by PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Draft, Money Order on a French, Italian, German, or United Kingdom Bank Account, or Postal Order. Please note that fees may apply for International money transfers and credit card payments (inquiry for the fee’s amount).

Le prix du loyer comprend tout à l’exception du nettoyage final qui est la charge du locataire. Un service de nettoyage peut être reservé pour le prix de 40 €. Le service de nettoyage est aussi disponible pour toute la durée du séjour (se renseigner auprès du proprietaire pour tarifs et disponibilités). Pour reserver il est nécessaire de virer le 30% du loyer total. À l’arrivée seront exigés le restant 70% plus un dépôt de garantie égal à 1 sémaine (pour des séjours inférieur à 1 mois). Ce dernier sera rendu integralement à fin du séjours pourvu qu’aucun dommage ait été causé à l’appartement et/ou aux biens. On accepte payements par Paypal, Carte de crédit, Mandat postal, Virement bancaire sur un compte français, italien, allemand, ou anglais. On prie de considerer qu’une taxe peut s’applier aux transfers internationaux d’argent (se renseigner au près du proprietaire).
