Do I need my own passport? Yes.  You will need a full British Passport, which should be valid for up to at least six months following our return to the U.K.
Do I have to pay for the visas for Tanzania and Kenya? No, this is included in the overall cost.
Do I need to provide my own sleeping bag? Yes, it must be a 3/4 season one.
Is a mattress provided? No.  Karrimats will be provided by the school, although we recommend that you buy a self-inflating camping mattress - details are given on the 'Equipment & Clothing' page.
Do I have to arrange my own Yellow Fever vaccination?   Yes.  You will have to contact your own doctor about this, and there will be a charge.
Do I have to pay for any of the other vaccinations that are recommended by my doctor? Most immunisations are free, but some G.P. practices make a charge for some of the immunisations that they may recommend.
Do I have to pay for personal medicines and hygiene items such as Malaria tablets,  medicated handwash, bodywipes and Mosquito repellants? Yes, but wait for further advice on what to buy.
Are the students allowed to consume alcohol during the trip? Not if you are under the age of 18.
Are students allowed to smoke during the trip? No.  This will be a Health and Safety issue, as well as being unacceptable to other group members.
What currency do I need to buy? It will be American Dollars, but wait for further advice.
What clothing do I need to take? Full details will be given nearer the time.
Can I take a mobile telephone with me? No.
Can I take a personal music player with me? No.
