I just wanted to thank everyone who has been so kind during this very difficult time.  I loved Stoney dearly - I had many hopes and dreams for him, not the least of which was to watch him grow to be an old dog.  He was just getting started in agility and obedience, and I think he would have gone far.  He was an incredible athlete, just beautiful.   He had a wonderful life - his first 2 years with his mom & breeder Pat and his last 3 with me and his Uncle Hawkins.  He was a sweet boy with a lot of heart - he would have done anything for me.   He loved everybody and he made me smile every single day - for that I will always be grateful.   I miss him every day.

I Loved You Best So this is where we part, My Friend, and you'll run on, around the bend, gone from sight, but not from mind, new pleasures there you'll surely find. I will go on, I'll find the strength, life measures quality, not its length. One long embrace before you leave, share one last look, before I grieve. There are others, that much is true, but they be they, and they aren't you. And I, fair, impartial...or so I thought, will remember well all you've taught. Your plance I'll hold, you will be missed, the fur I stroked, the nose I kissed. And as you journey to your final rest, take with you this...I loved you best. Jim Willis 2002
