Tips and Tricks
Here are some valuable tricks and tips for you and your hamster:

1.) Never have a bowl for water. Use a hamster water bottle instead.

2.) Make sure your hamster doesn't chew too much on their toys/cages, so they don't escape.

3.) Make sure they have a good amount of bedding (atleast 2 to 3 inches).

4.) Check your hamster and it's accessories daily.

5.) Make sure your hamsters is played with atleast twice a week.

6.) Wait a few minutes after your hamster wakes up to play with him/her.

7.) Never squeeze your hamster or handle him/her roughly.

8.) Do not pet your hamster for too long for one time. This may result in biting.

9.) If your hamster begins to bite, keep handling them with gloves (thin, winter ones, or leather) on. This will keep you from being hurt if they bite you, and if you give up on them, you may never be able to pick them up.

10.) Keep your hamster's cage away from any drafts. Your hamster will like it somewhere quiet, this means no TV within the room.

11.) Don't place it's cage(s) next to a radiator or in bright sunlight, your hamster will overheat.

12.) Make sure no cats or other pets can reach your hamster's cage.

13.) Hamsters need twelve hours of dark and light.
