Known as the "Father of the Count All System". Served as President of the American Horseshoe Pitchers Association and the National Horseshoe Pitchers Association. Won NHPA state titles in 1950 and 1951. Won AHPA state titles in 1950, 51, 52, 58, 64, 70 and 73. Holds AHPA state tournament record High Game 144 (48 ringers out of 50 shoes). Ranked among ten best in world 1937 - 1948. Selected Mr. Horseshoe 1958. Won Class A Championship in Lake Worth, Florida at age of 70. Co-designed and manufactured the Harris shoe.
