Fatty Bob, as he is known begin pitching in 1969. The Bob pitched several years with the traveling league. He ran the Bloomfield Apple Festival Tournament for many years. He helped build the courts in Bloomfield and organize a A.H.P.A. league there in 1982. He was league President for a few years. He later served as league Secretary for several years. He was Mr. Horseshoe in 1983. Served on the A.H.P.A. Board of Directors from 1983 to 1986. Bob also has served on the A.H.P.A. Rules Committee.
