Tyler begin pitching in 1973. Held his leagues office of vice-president for 1 year and Secretay / Treasurer for 15 years. Tyler also served the AHPA as 2nd vice-president 1983 - 1988, on the Board of Directors from 1983 - 1990. He has chaired the rules committee and the Board of Directors. He was honored as Mr. Horseshoe in 1977 and is a member of the 100 point club. Tyler also won four state championships in three different division. Tyler is a pitcher that is always willing to help and encourage others.
