ONE MORE
If only one more bird's song I could hear,
I'd share its sweet melody with you.
If only allowed to shed one more salty tear,
It would be your lips I'd want to kiss it away.

If only one more butterfly I could see flutter,
I'd share its fanciful flight with you.
If there were only one more name I could utter,
It would your name that I'd call.

If only one more rose's perfume I could smell,
I'd inhale that fragrant essence with you.
If there were only one more tale I could tell,
It would be softly disclosed to only you.

If only more kiss could be felt on my lips,
I'd want only your kiss, precious and sweet.
If there were one more glass of champagne I could sip,
It would be passionately tasted with you.

If only one more treasured gift I could offer,
I'd eagerly give that precious present to you.
If there were only one more heart I could stir,
It would be your heart I'd want to lovingly arouse.

If only one more sunrise could light my way,
I'd awaken to that golden glow with you.
If there were only one more memory my mind could replay,
It would be a recollection of time spent loving you.
