~~ Never Once Doubted ~~
If your Mother could write you from Heaven
With these words she would comfort you,
My Son I never once doubted
You did the best you could do,
I know you thought of me often,
I never once doubted your love for me,
Don't bear the pain of a burden,
My Son that is so needlessly,
Those times you wrote me a letter
And the presents you sent my way,
It was those times my Son,
Your thoughtfulness brightened my day,
Don't dwell on the things of the past,
The things left unsaid and undone,
Just dwell on those special moments,
We spent together my Son.
