Patricia's Black Bottom Cups
1 250 g Package of cream cheese 1/3 cup of sugar 1 egg 1 cup choclate chips
In a small bowl beat cream cheese and egg tog add sugar and beat until smooth stirr in choc.chips set aside .
In a bowl combine: 1 1/2 cups of flour 1 cup of sugar 1/4 cup unsweeten cocoa 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup water 1/3 cup oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp vanilla
mix all together and line muffin tins with cup cake pappers and fill half way or better with choclate mixture and then spoon cream cheese mixture over choc ( do not stirr) and bake at 350*for 20 minutes makes 18 cup cakes. Cool on rack and most important of all keep in FRIDGE must be eaten COLD for maximun flavor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
