~Chocolate Truffles~
1 pkg. Chocolate chips (300 g.) (1 ¾ c.) ¼ c. butter 1 can eagle brand milk 2 c. Oreo cookie crumbs
Melt the chocolate and butter until smooth. Stir in the eagle brand milk and the cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Form into ½ - 1-inch balls, and roll in colored sprinkles. Place in miniature paper truffle cups.
