Cin-A-Bon Cinnamon Rolls
Rolls: 1 1/4 oz package dry yeast 1 cup warm milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup margarine, melted 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 4 cups all purpose flour
Filling: 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 1/3 cup margarine, softened
Icing: 8 tablespoons margarine, softened 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup (2 oz) cream cheese 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon salt
To shorten directions: Prepare dough as per any bread recipe...I use the dough cycle of my bread machine. When dough has doubled, roll out to masure 21 inches by 16 inches.
For the filling, combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread the softened margarine over the bread dough and spinkle the sugar/cinnamon mixture evenly over the dough. Roll the dough up so that the roll is 21 inches long. Cut into 12 even pieces and place in a 15 X 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. For frosting...mix all incredients throughly and spread on rolls while still hot.
