Patricia's Cranberry Orange Coffee Cake

Crumb Topping
3/4 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of margerine
Stirr all together and set aside

Cream Cheese Layer
250g of cream cheese soften in a small bowl
1/3 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla
beat all together and set aside


Cake
2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of each baking soda and salt
3/4 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of margerine (melted)
1 tsp of vanilla
1 egg beaten
2 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries
2 tbsp of orange zest

in lrg bowl combine flour sugar and baking powder ,baking soda and salt
stirr in juice and margerine vanilla and egg fold in cranberries and orange zest
just until mixed
pour into 9 inch springform pan spread cream cheese mixture over cake
then add crumb mixture over that and bake in 350 oven for
65 to 75 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched let cool on rack
for 15 minutes then remove ring from side and cool completely
