 All-Day Macaroni and Cheese
 serves 4
 
 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
 1 1/2 cups milk
 2 eggs
 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
 1 teaspoon salt
 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 Place the cooked macaroni in a slow cooker that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Add the remaining ingredients except 1 cup of the cheese; mix well. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese, then cover and cook on the Low setting for 5 to 6 hours, or until the mixture is firm and golden around the edges. Do not remove the cover or stir until the macaroni has finished cooking.

 Macaroni and Cheese
 
 3 cups cooked macaroni
 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
 2 cups evaporated milk
 3 cups shredded sharp process cheese
 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
 1/4 cup chopped onion
 1 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 Toss macaroni with butter or margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crockpot. Cover and cook on High 2 to 3 hours, stirring once or twice

 Macaroni And Cheese In Crock Pot
 
 1 lg. box macaroni, cooked and drained
 2 tbsp. oil
 2 sticks margarine
 1 lg. can evaporated milk
 1 1/2 c. milk
 1 lg. onion, chopped fine
 3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (12 oz.)
 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
 Oil crock pot, mix all ingredients, using only 1/2 of grated cheese. Put mixture in crock pot and put remaining cheese on top. Let simmer in crock pot for 4 or more hours.
