Patricia's Cranberry Muffins

Topping
1/4 c.  Brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped almonds
3 tbsp. oats  (quaker cereal)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. margerine (melted)

Combine all ingredents and set aside.

Muffins
* 2  1/4  c flour
* 1  1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp  baking soda
1 egg
1 cup  skimmed plain yogurt
1/2 c apple juice
2 c  shredded apple  (peeled)
1 c. chopped cranberries

Combine  flour, brown sugar,  and baking soda in a large bowl. Combine egg
yogurt and apple juice in a small bowl  -add to dry ingredents stirring
just until moisten . Stirr in apples and cranberries .
spray muffin pans  with non stick spray and fill  cups with batter and
sprinkle topping over the batter and bake at 375*  for about 25 minutes...
