1 cup mild salsa
1 cup light sour cream
2 tablespoons dry buttermilk style salad dressing mix
1 tablespoon dry parsley flakes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Good as dip or salad dressing on taco salad
