1 pkg. cream cheese 1 big container sour cream (500ml I think) 2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix 1 jar salsa (mild, medium or hot) which ever you like 1 head lettuce or leaf lettuce ( washed, chopped or cut up) 2 lg. tomatoes (diced) 2 pkgs. shredded taco cheese or shredded cheddar cheese 1 - 2 bags Tortilla or nacho chips
First you take your cream cheese and melt it in the microwave until lightly softned. Add your sour cream and taco seasoning mix into the cream cheese and mix well. When mixed well get a plate or tray or platter and spread that mixture down on the bottom FIRST. Then put your whole jar salsa down next and spread around to cover the bottom mixture. Next put your cut up lettuce all over the salsa. Than put your cut up tomatoes all over the top of the lettuce. Finally top it with the shredded cheese. Serve with the chips of your choice. It is very yummy and delicious. --------------------------------------------------------- Seven Layer Dip
