Spinach Dip

1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix (or lipton)
1 can water chestnuts, chopped finely (optional)
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine (some of the greens, too)
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cup sour cream (one large container)

Mix all together. Let stand for a few hours to mix flavors in the fridge.
Great on vegetables or crackers, or hollow out a pumpernickle bread and put the
dip in it and use the extra bread for dipping! YUMM!!!!!
