This is a pretty good generic tartar sauce for fish.
Diced onion [adjust to taste]
Sweet pickle relish
Lemon juice [this is what will adjust the "consistency" of the sauce]
Salad dressing [miracle whip type]
Sorry, I don't measure it. I just whip it up.
