Ranma and Akane
Attraction. Childishness. Beauty. Love. Instability. Indecision.
Considering the definition, I thought that Akane and Ranma were the couple that best fit the card's meaning. Though neither will openly admit it, they ARE attracted to one another, even secretly in love. However, because they cannot admit their feelings, they constantly are bickering and fighting. Only when the other seems to be wavering towards another or is in peril does the one allow his/her true feelings to peek out.
Kirin
Triumph. Victory. Faithfulness. Success, though sometimes not enduring. Authority. Sometimes violence in maintaining traditional ideas.
Kirin is the leader of the Seven Lucky Gods Martial Artists. When Ranma first encounters Kirin, he is defeated almost instantly by him and Akane is taken away. Also, when Ranma and Kirin face off a second time, Kirin seems to be winning at first. However, at last, he is finally defeated by Ranma. Though he has no real reason to, Kirin loves whomever has the other half of the Sacred Scroll, whether it be Akane or Laichi/Raichi.
Nodoka Saotome
Justice. Balance. Suspension of act pending decision.
Before he left with a young Ranma for training, Genma promised Nodoka that he would make their son a "man among men", and that if he failed, both Ranma and Genma would commit seppuku (ritual suicide). Nodoka is determined to hold them to this promise. She will judge if Ranma has become a worthy man. However, since Ranma and Genma are deathly afraid of her finding out about the Jusenkyo curse, they continue to hide themselves from her, so she must continue to wait to decide their fate and to search for them.
Genma Saotome
Wisdom. Prudence. Circumspection. Retirement from participation in current events.
Although hardly "wise", Genma is not a complete idiot. Once in a while, he actually does have some good advice. Also, HE was the one who trained Ranma to be the great martial artist that he is now. Despite this, he still tries to avoid getting himself involved in matters as much as possible. This is most often accomplished by turning himself into a panda and feigning ignorance to the rest of the world. Usually, the most involved he will get is to train Ranma or to try to get Ranma and Akane together.
Cursed Springs of Jusenkyou
Change of fortune. Destiny.
Many of the characters in the series have been affected by Jusenkyou. Turning into another person, animal, monster, etc. definitely has a drastic change on that person and their future. Sometimes, this change aids the character; other times, it really is a curse. Ranma's manhood is brought into question, Ryouga might be eaten, Pansuto Tarou turns into a huge strong monster, etc. = bad. Ranma gets free food and ice cream for being so cute, Ryouga gets to sleep in Akane's bed, Pansuto Tarou turns into a huge strong monster, etc. = good.

All of the webpage art on this page, except the dragon baby (and obviously the tarot card images), comes from "Moyra's Web Jewels". She has tons of great themes for your homepages, so I'd highly advise checking her work out. Simply click on the banner below to go to her site:
As for that cute little baby dragon (as well as the super deformed angel elf that I use on my main pages), I got that picture from "Daemoness' Anime Haven". She has lots of cool transparent image files as well as cels and a fansubbing studio. Simply click on the banner below to go to her site:
