Genesis 2:17,3:3, Romans 6:23 God said, the wages of sin is death.

Genesis 3:4,John 8:44 Satan said, You shall not surely die.

Some people say a person does not die at death. What is life and

what is death in the Bible?

John 1:1,2,3, Colossians 1:16, Through Jesus the gift of eternal life was given.

Genesis 2:7 God formed man of the dust of the ground,..........................(1)

and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life;...................(+1)

and man became a living soul. ..........................................(=2)

Genesis 3:19, Job 27:3, Ecclesiates 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the

earth as it was: ................................................................(-1)

and the spirit (breath of life) shall return unto God

who gave it. ....................................................................(-1)

Note the breath of life (spirit) of saved and unsaved return to God who

gives it (life).

Psalms 115:17,146:4 His breath goeth forth, ........................................(-1)

he returneth to his earth; ......................................(-1)

in that very day his thoughts perish. .....................(=0)

Ecclesiastes 9:5,6,10 but the dead know not any thing.

Ezekiel 18:20, Matthew 10:28 the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

1 John 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of

God hath NOT LIFE.

John 3:16 For God so love the world that he gave his only begotten Son,

that whosoever believeth in him should NOT PERISH, but have

everlasting life.

John 11:11to14 Jesus said, Lazarus sleepeth, Lazarus is dead (Psalm 13:3)

Psalm 139:8 ...bed in hell... Job 17:13 If I wait the grave is mine house:

I have made my bed in darkness. (hell=grave in these texts)

Job 14:10to15, 1 Corinthians 15:51to57 so man lieth down, and riseth not:

till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of

their sleep. ...my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. Thou

shall call, and I will answer thee:...

Note some people say that when you die you go to Heaven or Hell.

Even miss interpreting scripture. When are the unsaved punished and

the saved resurrected?

to be punished. ...hell (grave) delivered up the dead... death and hell

were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. (=eternal hell)

What is everlasting or eternal fire? Jude :7, 2Peter 2:6, Lamentations 4:6,

Malachi 3:1,3, So when you see text like these, Matthew 3:12,25:41,46

you know that the unsaved , Psalms 37:10,20,92:7 and Satan Ezekiel 28

:14,15,18,19 shall be no more forever and ever, after third judgment.

Job 20:5,6,7 the wicked... shall perish for ever like his own dung.

Psalm 145:20 The Lord preserveth all them that love him: but all the

wicked will he destroy.

Did David go to Heaven?

Did Jesus go to paradise(heaven) or hell(grave)

when he die? Acts 2:23to34, 2 Corinthians 12:2,4, John 20:17

So when are the saved resurrected? 1 Corinthians 15:2,3,16to23,

But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that

are CHRIST AT HIS COMING. 1 Thessalonians 4:13to18

Note God only has immortality not us. Eternal life is a gift. 1 Timothy 6:15,16

God took the tree of life away so the wicked would not be immortal.

Genesis 3:22,24

God is giving the tree of life back to the saved forever.

Revelation 21:3,4,10,22:1,2, Isaiah 66:22,23, Nahum 1:9
