Hercules: The Legendary Journeys

Season Four DVD Review
Official Store
Season four of Hercules the Legendary Journeys is a great one. There were so many wonderful episodes in this season! There were great crossover episodes with Callisto and Hope, and Xena and Gabrielle. Some of my favorite episodes were also in this season; ‘Stranger in a Strange World’ and ‘Yes Virginia, There is a Hercules’ are just two of these. There are flashbacks that show us how Herc and Ioluas were when they were kids, and lead to the spin-off ‘Young Hercules’. There are a bunch of wonderful episodes staring Bruce Campbell and the ‘King of Thieves’ Autolocus. This is such a great season, one that everyone needs to have as their own.

The following is a run down of the episodes in this set and a list of what has a commentary, and by whom:

Beanstalks and Bad Eggs -- interviews with Kevin Sorbo, Eric Gruendemann. Hero's Heart -- audio commentary by Michael Hurst. Regrets... I've Had a Few. Web of Desire -- possible audio commentary, not sure by who. Stranger in a Strange World -- interviews with Kevin & Michael, Paul Robert Coyle, Michael Levine. Two Men and a Baby. Prodigal Sister.
