*sigh* The typical "What-do-I-say-about-myself?" page.
Well, what is there to say?
I was born February 20th, 1986. I was born by c-section, becoz I had my cord wrapped around my neck and under my arm. I was the reason that my mom had to have c-sections will all of us kids, too.
We have had the farm since 1996, if my memory is right. We started off with just a few goats, and a dozen sheep. I also had a pony, named Brandy, who was THE worst pony. She tried to throw me every chance she got! Eventually I sold her to someone who was more experienced.
After that I didnt think I would want another horse or pony, until I met Comet.
We bought Comet, and although he has cataracts in both his eyes, and is blind, he is the NICEST pony! He is 11.2 hh, grulla, and about 13 years old.
Then we got two more ponies, Jasmine and Dazzle. They are both bay mares, and a year apart.
Willow came in January of 2000, and Sequoia came a month later.
Willow is my favorite horse, and in my opinion, the most beautiful horse alive. I tend to be a bit biased... lol
She is trained primarily western and I could swear that we share a brain. She knows what I want her to do before I even give any suggestion to it. She is the best and I love her with all my heart.
Sequoia is... dopey... She's a great horse, but she tends to be accident prone, too. She and Willow are best friends, which is part of the reason that we bought both of them. They had been together since they were young fillies and raced at the local race track.
I still remember when I helped load Willow onto the trailer to take her home, and Sequoia leaned her neck out over her stall and whinnied to her like "Where are you going?!"
But they were reunited again a month later, and it was one of the best things that ever happened to me. I love them both very much, although Willow is by far my favorite.
Then we bought Tibbo for my sister, Holly, and I bought Aspen in March of this year.
I have two dogs, both beagles. Chester is my tri-color and Sienna is my chocolate colored female.
sorry, I took this from a website...
Cute patches I found on someone site. Thanks!
Sooo true
