1. What is your most prized material possession?

I can't narrow this down to just one thing. I have several items that have significant sentimental value to me, like my grandma's silver, that she always said that she wanted me to have, and gifts, like the huge stuffed puppy that John won for me at Busch Gardens. But, I don't have anything that is "prized" more significantly than another.

2. What item, that you currently own, have you had the longest?

Pictures from my younger days.

3. Are you a packrat?

I think so. I still have clothes that are 2 sizes too small for me, in case I ever can fit in them again, magazines that are over a year old, in case I ever find time to look at them again, and books from my college years (1993-1999). Does that make me a packrat?

4. Do you prefer a spic-and-span clean house? Or is some clutter necessary to avoid the appearance of a museum?

I like a spic and span clean house, while it lasts. I really don't like clutter, but a little clutter is part of a home, unless you don't live in your house. I definitely don't want an appearance of a museum. Then it wouldn't be a home, it would be a museum.

5. Do the rooms in your house have a theme? Or is it a mixture of knick-knacks here and there?

I guess you could say I have a candle theme. I have candles and/or tealights in every room. Yep, I just double checked, and even the laundry room has a citronella candle in it. (Not that I've ever burned a candle in the laundry room.) Besides candles, I have misc gifts (knick-knacks) displayed here and there. My most frequent gift for the past 2 to 3 years has been something with a lighthouse theme, so you could say I have a lighthouse and a candle theme.

Thanks for reading!
