| My real name is Savannah, and I am 10 years old. I made this web page when I was seven. The next paragraph in "About Me" was written when I first started my web page. I live in Australia and my family is just about to go on a holiday right up the East Coast of Australia, to the tip of the country. I'm looking forward to it, but you have to be careful of crocodiles up there! Did you know that Australia has a Gulf Savannah region? I didn't, but this is part of where we are going on our holiday. It's in the Outback, and has some great places to see there. My Mama is helping me with my homepage, and we are having fun looking for beautiful backgrounds to use and good links to put in so you will have a great time here. I have two sisters - Portia is 15, and Imogen is 6. Imogen has a pet Blue Tongued Lizard, and so does Portia. I gave mine away to a friend of ours. They are both greedy, and are growing pretty big. You have to have a licence to keep them. My Mama has a Coastal Carpet Python named "Tiva". She likes to curl herself around my neck, and sometimes my buttons!! She's still not very big because she's only 3 years old, but she will grow to be around 9 feet long!!. You can see pics of her on my Mama's Reptile Page. We chose the background for this page about me, because my name "Savannah" was chosen because Mama loves the African Savannah land, and we think that this page looks very African. I hope you enjoy my homepage. |

| ABOUT ME |
| I am back from my holiday and only saw crocodiles at the zoo's! Just to be safe we didn't swim anywhere it said there were crocs. We spent a lot of time in the Gulf Savannah. My name was everywhere up there on all sorts of places, even a train was called the Savannahlander. We went on it and it stopped to do some garnet fossicking. I saw all sorts of animals and wildlife and had the best time. I got chickenpox though so that wasn't much fun for a few days, but Mama had some homeopathic remedies with her so I got over them very fast and I enjoyed the rest of my holiday. The Australian Outback is beautiful and so are the rainforests we saw. I hope I can go again one day. |

| October, 2003 I've decided to put the year up now on this page so when I add things you will know what's new in "About Me". I have started a Martial Arts class with Kumiai Ryu and will hopefully be good enough to do a grading next year. I am just about to get my very own Shih Tzu puppy and one day I hope to be able to show her. I have a page about Shih Tzu's where you can find out about the breed and how to care for them. I'll also have some pictures of my puppy. You can click on the underlined link to get there. |

| February 2004 Hi again, it's been awhile since I have updated my page but I've been very busy. I ended up being able to do my Grading for martial arts last year and am on my next belt - white with yellow stripe. I will Grade again in March this year. Both my sisters have just started Martial Arts this year too. I started in Year 3 this year at school and I like my teacher. I tried out for the school Band and was accepted. I am playing the flute and we have lessons three mornings a week before school. Because we live up the mountain from the school we have to leave very early to get there in time. Mama says she's not a morning person and this is a bit of a trial for her. *chuckle* She says she doesn't mind too much because the Principal told her I was pretty good. One day I hope to play very well. Recently I have started to write stories and I'm enjoying that very much - it's fun and Mama loves to read them. I think she's going to put them all in a book for me and when I get older I can look back at what I wrote. I have to put some more pictures of my puppy "Lailie" in here soon too so you can see how big she's growing. We have lots of fun together. |
