Sparhawk, Pandion Knight and Queen's Champion, is Anakha and that makes the Gods nervous.  He is also a bit cross when he comes back to Eosia to find his Queen gravely ill, and this makes the bad guys nervous.  To cure Ehlana,  Sparhawk and his companion knights must journey deep into the dangerous heart of Eosia to find the Sapphire Rose, also known as Bhelliom, sacred jewel of the Troll-Gods.
Meet Sparhawk and Ehlana, as well as beautiful Styric magician Sephrenia and the Child-Goddess Aphrael, Platime the Master Theif, and King Otha of the Zemochs ( a very bad guy! ).
In the Tamuli, we return to Sparhawk's world to find him living very happily as Queen Ehlana's consort with their daughter Danae, who isn't exactly what she seems.  All is well until Ehlana is kidnapped and taken off to the mysterious Hidden City where an evil wizard names Cyrgon has called up a mythological monster called Klael.  The Tamul people send for Anahka to retrieve the Sapphire Rose and stop Klael, rescuing his Queen in the process.Ride with Sparhawk and his companions again as we meet new friends such as Mirtai the Tamul giantess.  If you enjoyed the Belgariad/Malloreon, you'll enjoy these two trilogies.
The Redemption of Althalus
Burglar, armed robber and sometime murderer, our hero Althalus is commissioned to steal a book from the House at the End of the World by a mysterious cloaked stranger named Ghend. At the House at the End of the World, he finds a talking cat in the same room as the book Ghend described. What he can't find once he's in the house is the door by which he entered. Only 2467 years and an ice age later does Althalus re-emerge with the cat, Emmy.
The cat's plan?  To prevent her brother Daeva from unmaking the world, with only a small band of unlikely characters to help her and Althalus.  For Emmy also is not what she seems.
Meet Eliar ( young soldier ), Andine ( young leader of a small country ), Bheid ( black-robed priest who finds his calling leads him in a different direction ), Gher ( ten-year old orphan theif with the brain of a strategical genius ), and Leitha (  a telepath/witch who finds a reason to trust people again ).
