Our Home in Hawaii
The outside of our tent and part of our living area.
It's small, but it's home.
The inside of our tent. It's pretty much just a
matress, pillows, and a mosquito tent.
More of the outside of our tent area. Amber's on the
phone with Cambria.
Here's our little ride David has dubbed "Puff the
Magic Puna Truck." It smokes, but it runs. Sort of.
Cars are extremely expensive here, so you get what you
can afford. Upon opening the hood, one can see that the
previous owner rigged it with a piece of a screwdriver, a
wallpaper roller, and a macadamia nut!
We are working on getting something better, of course.
David on the phone with Cambria.
Purdy loves chillin' in Hawaii.
A rainbow over our campsite. We see one there every morning,
although it's usually clear out, not overcast like this photo.
Sunset over our campsite.

David took this series of photos and just wanted to
say to everyone back home on the mainland:
"This is what I wake up to every morning.
Have fun listening to the 'beep! beep!'of your alarm clocks!"
We don't have clocks here, or watches. No one cares
what time it is. You wake up when you want here in Hawaii.
Everything opens late and closes early. We wake up as soon
as the sun begins to come up. We watch this beautiful show
from our campsite every morning. You can just see the ocean
peeking out from behind the trees past the neighbor's house.
Aloha!
