FAQs
HOW IS SENIORITY DETERMINED AT AMC?
Like nearly all things at AMC, operations will largely be determined by AMC's member pilots and management democratically.  Seniority will be based strictly on your flight time operating on AMC flights.  At AMC, seniority is used when allowing members to chose aircraft types and crew bases only.

Pilots can log any time flown in an AMC aircraft on an AMC route toward their AMC time, as long as they have completed or are completing their bid-assigned route that month.  Overtime flights (flights on AMC routes in AMC aircraft in addition to the monthly bid-assigned route) will be multiplied by one and a half.  AMC honors ACTUAL flight time for those who take flight lessons or fly in real life.   All of this time is logged toward AMC time, regardless of aircraft or route.  This time is multiplied by a factor of 3.
