After you have completed your monthly flight or upon the completion of an overtime flight, please submit a pilot report to "call in your times" to our dispatchers.  American Midwest Commuter Airlines uses this information to credit our pilots for the flight time as well as to maintain performance records for the airline as a whole.  To submit a report for a completed flight, please follow the simple steps below. 1) Access and download the AMC PIREP FORM from the files section of the egroup.  You may wish to download a copy to keep on your computer for future reporting. 2) Follow the instructions on the form, filling in the boxes with the necessary flight information. 3) Save the document. 4) Attach the document to an email titled "PIREP" and send the email to AMC_Pirep@Yahoo.com (the email address is also listed in the instructions on the pirep form).                                                                   ACCESS PIREP FORM
