Amendment 20 (1933)

Translation: The terms of the President and the Vice President will end at noon January 20th and the terms of House Reps and Senators will end at noon January 3rd. Congress must have a meeting at least once a year, on January 3rd. If the soon to be President dies, the Vice President will become the President and congress will choose a temporary President. If a soon to be President dies while The House is deciding on a victor of the election, Congress has the power to pass legislation to handle the situation. On October the 15th of the year this amendment is ratified, it will go into operation. This amendment has seven years to pass among the states.

Personal meaning: Amendment 20 doesn't mean a whole lot to me but if the president dies or any of those other what if situations happen it is a good thing we have this Amendment so there is no confusion.
