Application
The American Draft Cross Registry offers annual awards for its members in the disciplines of Hunter/Jumper, Eventing, Driving and Dressage.  The Registry offers awards for local competitors (horses competing in Regional or State recognized associations) as well as for horses competing nationally.  To be eligible for year end awards, the owner must be a member in good standing with the registry and the horse must be entered as an American Draft Cross on the show entry forms.  The owner must have also paid the nomination fee with the ADCR.
Local Awards - Horses showing in shows recognized by state or regional organizations (minimun rating for dressage judges "L").  Awards are offered for the highest point accumulation as follows:

Hunter/Jumper:  Walk/Trot; Cross Rails; Low Hunter (2'6-3' equivalent) Green Jumper (2'6-3'3 equivalent)
Eventing:           Starter; Beginner Novice and Novice
Dressage:          Walk/Trot; Training Level - 4th Level, Prix St. George and Grand Prix
National Awards - Horses showing in shows recognized by the AHSA, USCTDA and USDF.  Awards are offered for highest point accumulation as follows:

Hunter/Jumper:  Green Hunter; Children's Hunter; Amateur Owner Hunter; Working Hunter; Preliminary                                  Jumper and Open Jumper
Eventing:           Training through Advanced
Dressage:          Training Level - 4th Level, Prix St. George and Grand Prix
Thermopylea Memorial Trophy - Awarded annually to the American Draft Cross gelding who has the highest point accumulation and the most clean rounds of cross country and stadium combined for the year at the Beginner Novice or Novice Local levels.
Driving Awards - TBA
Halter Awards - High Point Halter Colt and Filly 2yo and Under - Placings and Points for Annual Awards

Point forms are available from the ADCR Office and must be filled out and signed by the Show Secretary and either mailed or emailed to the ADCR Office quarterly by the 15th of each March, June September and December for point tallying.  For the 2002 Season, retroactive point tallying will apply.
