Disclaimer: The American Cocker Spaniel Club of Victoria Inc. is unable to guarantee the quality of individual breeder’s dogs/puppies. Most breeders are members of the State Kennel Control Council and therefore should be aware of the Code of Ethics that each State sets down for breeders of pedigree dogs. Purchasers should make indepth investigations into the breed before deciding this is the breed for you. We strongly recommend that purchasers ask the Breeders about the Health Conditions of their breeding stock, whether the Sire/Dam have a current eye clearance certificate from an Ophthalmologist [Canine Eye Specialist] within the preceding 12 months. Vaccination; worming procedures.

Recommended questions can be obtained from the Club Secretary.

**WARNING** This is not a breed you can just get two dogs and produce puppies. The occurrence of Hereditary Disorders can be severely increased by ill-informed backyard breeders and we recommend people only purchase dogs from members of the club or members of their State Canine Association.
