Facts
There is so much information on the life of St. Theresa that I'm just going to list the basics

Theresa died at the age of 24 in 1897.

She spent 9 years of her life as a Carmelite nun.

Her sisters Marie, Pauline, and Celine also entered the same convent as her.

She is the co-patroness of France (with Joan of Arc) and she shares the title of Patroness of Foreign Missions with St. Francis Xavier.

Her parents were Louis Martin and Azelie Guerin.

She wrote her own autobiography
The Story of a Soul.

She was cananized on May 17, 1925 by Pope Pius XI.
