A catering contract must be completed after reserving Annette's Catering & Speciality Desserts.  The contract must be signed and returned to Annette's Catering along with your deposit within a designated time specified in your proposal to guarantee prices and services.  When no signed contract is signed and received by the specified dates, the price quotes will become null and void and the most current pricing will be in effect.  A non-refundable deposit is required for all contracted events.

Availability: Annette's Catering is closed holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.  New Year's Eve pricing is at special premium pricing due to the holiday.  Parties on Sundays must be 100 people or more or special pricing arrangements may be made.  Annette's Catering cannot guarantee availability for your event without the receipt of a signed contract or deposit.
Delivery: An extra fee is charged for all deliveries on all Saturdays and Sundays, and before 8:30 A.M. and after 5:00 P.M. on weekdays.
Pricing: All prices are subject to service charges and sales tax as required by state law, and are subject to change.  Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
Miscellaneous: Complete party planning assistance is available for every aspect of arrangements.  Specialized menu requests are available upon request. (ie. wheat allergies, vegetarian and vegan catering)
Event Size: Friday and Saturday are premium event days.  Annette's Catering limits events to those days to 100 or more guests.  Availability for events of a smaller size will be considered on a case by case basis.
China, glassware, flatware and linen napkins are at an additional charge.
If you begin your event over half an hour later than the designated start time planned with Annette's Catering, you will owe an additional charge for staffing overtime.

Catering Policies
As Exclusive Caterer to The DelRay Ballroom & Lounge, the following policy applies to all events contracted with Annette's Catering at The DelRay Ballroom:
As exclusive caterer to the DelRay Ballroom, Annette's Catering & Speciality Desserts, Grannette, Inc., we only allow permission after a signed agreement that non-perishable items for snack foods are permitted into The DelRay Ballroom.  Packaged snack mix purchased through a retail store are allowed, but no homemade items will be permitted.  Any type of retail potato chips, tortilla chips or pretzels are allowed, along with salsa or nacho cheese, but no dips are allowed.  Retail packaged popcorn is permitted.
With a signed agreement, the client understands the limitations of foods allowed to be brought into The DelRay Ballroom for the event being held on said date, with the permission of Annette's Catering & Speciality Desserts, Grannette, Inc., exclusive contracted caterer.  If this agreement is violated, the client agrees to pay Annette's Catering & Speciality Desserts $500.00 for loss of income and liability issues.
