                                              Peggie's Pasta Sause  ( My Mom's)

2 to 3 Cloves of Garlic diced.  3 Tbs. Onion
1 Lb ground beef (optional)   
Sauté in 3 Tbs. Olive oil till tender and put into a crock-pot.

Add;
1 Large (1lb 2oz) Columbia Pealed tomatoes.
1 Large (1lb 2 oz) can of tomato puree 
2 Small cans Tomato Paste. Then fill cans with water and 1 Tsp sugar each and add.
¾ C Parmesan cheese              3 Cloves garlic, grated   
1 Diced Onion      1 Pkg. sliced Mushrooms (optional)
1 Bay Leaf (take out before serving)


Simmer 2 to 3 hrs and serve.
