Sue’s Poppy Seed Dressing

1/3 C Red wine vinegar
¾ C Sugar
    Microwave to dissolve sugar and add;
1 tsp. Salt and 1 tsp dry mustard
Pour into a blender and
SLOWLY (the slower you drizzle the thicker it will be) drizzle in 1 C Wesson oil while on a low setting. (The slower you pour …the thicker it will be)
Shut off blender and add;
1 tsp to 1 Tbs. Chopped onion (according to taste)
1 Tbs poppy seeds.
Pulse once or twice to blend.
Bring to room temp before serving. (I keep it in the cupboard for a few days first….it never seems to last very long)
