Connie’s Zucchini Casserole


Rough chop onions and garlic then sauté in a large fry pan with EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) till tender.
Add sliced zucchini and a couple of cans of whole pealed tomatoes. Place in a buttered casserole dish.
Top with;
Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Cheddar cheese.

Bake at 375 Degrees for 1 hour till top is bubbly.
Broil top till brown and serve.
