1.I will hold a rabbit(s) for up to 7 business days without a deposite.I MUST RECIEVE the deposit within those 7 business days or the rabbit(s) go back up for sale.Under certain circumstances I can work with the buyer but any arrangements MUST be agreed upon my me.
2.I do not consider rabbits sold until I recieve a 50% deposti of the price agreed upon.After I recieve the deposit I will contact you to let oyu know that I have recieved the deposit.Unless there are changes agreed upon by BOTH the buyer and myself.The 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless something no longer allows me to sell the rabbit(s) such as illness.If the rabbit(s) are not picked up by the date agreed upon and there was no date change agreed upon by ME the rabbit(s) WILL go back up for sale.
3.If I rabbit is lost due to Illness I iwll offer you some rabbits in the same price and type range.If you do not agree on purchasing any of the rabbits offered I can put you on the waiting list or I will give a refund.
4.I DO NOT EXCEPT DEPOSITS OF RABBITS UNDER 7 WEEKS!This is a very fragile age and they can go down hill VERY fast.If I do recieve a deposit on a rabbit under 7 weeks the deposit does not count towards you purchasing the rabbit.
5.I DO NOT SHIP RABBITS
6.If a third party is involved in transportation,the time limits still apply.If a third party picks up the rabbit(s) I will NOT be held liable for any injuries or illnesses that occur after the rabbit(s) leave my hands.
7.If any health problems arise before one week after the ourchase of your rabbit(s) I will be more than willing to give an even exchange or a re-fund
NOTES:This does NOT mean I will pay any vet bills,I MUST be notified in the week,AND I require veteranairy verifacation that the rabbit contracted the illness while in my care.
8.If a rabbit gets sick or dies due to improper care of being housed with other animals(including other rabbits)I will NOT give a re-fund or exchange under ANY circumstances.
9.One week after the purchase date I will NOT give any re-funds under ANY circumstances.
10.The buyer is responsible to check the rabbit(s) over for any signs of illness or DQ's that the rabbit(s) may have.I will do my best to notify you about any DQ's but I am only human I do make mistakes.
11.I do NOT garuntee that the rabbit(s) you purchse most often a younger one will produce good stock or any stock at all you take the risk when purchasing a rabbit.I do NOT garuntee that they will place in shows.The only thing I garuntee at the time of purchase is that your rabbit(s) are healthy.
12.I HOLD TRHE RIGHT TO END THE SALE AT ANY TIME I MAY OR MAY NOT TELL YOU WHY I CHOOSE TO END THE SALE.I ALL RABBITS ARE BRED TO HAVE GOOD TEMPERMENTS AND MAKE GOOD PETS FOR CHILDREN.I WILL NOTIFY YOU IF A RABBIT IS MORE EXCIDABLE THAN MOST.ALL MY RABBITS ARE VERY LOVING AND ARE WILLING TO TAKE ANY LOVE YOU WILL GIVE THEM AND I EXPECT THE SAME OUT OF THE BUYER.
13.At this time I will except any form of payment but the first time I recieve a bad check this right will be taken away.
14.Pet rabbits are not sold with pedigrees.If a rabbit is not friednly enough to be sold as a pet it will not say "Pet" by it.
I also offer discounts to 4-Hers and package discounts when you purchse 3 or more rabbits.
