I primarily use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to help my clients. I am also influenced by Narrative Therapy ideas.

Both CBT and Narrative Therapy are short term psychotherapies that aim to help clients cope with and work through problems. Through therapy, clients can understand and be in charge of the way they think, react and feel in their environment. In so doing, they are empowered to work on ways of acceptance and change.
